Arcesium wanted to open up their first London HQ and because the team was growing, scalability and flexibility was important. They needed to be close to clients around The City and wanted a professional space to host visits and meetings.

We viewed several flexible offices around The City but many were discounted because the entrances weren't client-friendly and picking a space that matched the brand was important. Security was also really important so we had to find a building that had strict protocols in that regard and many buildings fell short.

We acquired two adjoining offices on flexible terms right by Liverpool Street station to accommodate desk and meeting space. The building has an expansive lounge area with break out space, phone booths and a cafe.
