We were appointed by Desana to help grow their customer and operator base by leveraging our network and property expertise. Desana is an exciting proptech business that enables businesses to access workspace on-demand globally.
A key element was to convey our passion and belief to potential customers about the platform having the capability to become an integral part of the long term real estate strategy. We arranged meetings with a range of companies, from SME’s to some of the world’s best known brands. We also approached new operators to discuss the possibility of listing their spaces on the platform and raised awareness of the brand.
We generated a significant amount of interest which led to securing a number of new clients using Desana, not only in the UK but also across EMEA, USA and APAC. We also assisted in growing the operator platform base with new partnerships.
