Imparta were not sure whether to take space in a serviced office or a self-contained floor on a lease. Their contract on the existing office was expiring in August 2021 so they had to move by that critical date. The business wanted contract flexibility during an uncertain period following the pandemic but also wanted to brand the office themselves and have their own floor with signage, tea point, open plan desks, break out areas and a meeting room.
It was established after undertaking viewings and analysing costs that a self-contained floor on a lease would be better for the business. We quickly established two buildings that were suitable for several reasons and we negotiated terms for them both to compare.
Acquisition of a self-contained floor with furniture included on a 5 year lease close to Fulham Broadway Underground Station. The lease was completed in advance of the existing lease expiry which made for a quick & smooth transition.
