We were appointed by Leesman to test the market for alternative serviced office providers and to investigate the beneficial financial impact of casting a wider geographical net across London. An important part of the brief was to ensure the building had adequate shared amenities such as a gym, break out areas, meeting room facilities, phonebooths, lounge and café.

Virtual and physical viewings assisted in creating a suitable shortlist. Fitzrovia was selected as the preferred location largely based on the travel times for employees. The final shortlist included several buildings from one operator requiring a detailed comparison.
