Regency Grove were expanding and wanted a presence in the heart of Mayfair, close to their existing clients. They needed flexible space that was available within 2 months. Choosing a building that had a variety of amenities was important.
We viewed several buildings across the West End and discounted several because of the poor natural light. Client experience is important for RG so having a welcoming reception and lounge area was a key part of the brief.
