City, London
Leased Offices
Brief

To secure a new high quality office in London’s City Core within a short timeframe. The office needed UPS back up systems, comms room and air cooling in place to support a trader environment. It also needed to be pre-fitted with reception, meeting rooms, kitchen and break out spaces.

Journey

Whilst there were a significant number of fitted options available within the location and size criteria, the really challenging aspect was to also find options with appropriate UPS back up systems, comms room and air cooling to support a trader environment. We found two options that perfectly met the criteria and the part 34th floor of 110 Bishopsgate was selected.

Result

Acquisition of fitted Grade A space at part 34th floor (5,731 sq. ft.), 110 Bishopsgate. We negotiated with the previous tenant and the landlord to surrender the existing lease and grant a new lease on flexible terms including significant incentive package.

We worked with Dan on a previous project and when it came to expanding our operation in the region we had no hesitation in engaging with him and his team again. We found Metric to be highly professional in how they approached our project. They went above and beyond in their search for a suitable location to meet our very specific requirements. Once we were engaged in the negotiations Metric were pivotal in the process in liaising with all parties ensuring everything moved as smoothly as possible. When it came to relocating and mobilizing our new office Metric again were able to offer advice and guidance with local contacts to facilitate a smooth transition.
