Brief

To support Wise in completing a stay v go analysis for its global headquarters in London. To stay close to the existing office at The Tea Building in Shoreditch and secure market leading space for their growing team.

Journey

We had to consider supply and timing constraints which resulted in a quicker move than originally anticipated. We concluded a thorough search and presented on and off market opportunities within existing buildings and pre-let options.

Result

We agreed a pre-let on the majority of Worship Square (83,000 sq. ft.), a market leading new scheme developed by HB Reavis. Worship Square is a high-quality new build office, which has excellent credentials such as BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ , WiredScore ‘Platinum’ and is designed to achieve NABERS 5.5*. We negotiated a rent-free package which is significantly higher than the usual market rate for a new high-quality development.
