To source a new highly specified office in London’s West End, on flexible terms. A key element of our role was to provide a direct comparison between serviced and leased options.

Journey

Limited availability of leased options with the flexibility required. Serviced options seen as beneficial in terms of low up front costs and offering high degree of flexibility. Also the extensive lounge space and facilities within shortlisted serviced options seen as huge positive to support growth and create an excellent client experience.

Result

Acquisition of private office and internal meeting room on a flexible licence agreement to support growth at 16 Berkeley Street in Mayfair via workplace provider Beaumont.
