Acquisition of newly refurbished Grade A space over 2 floors to be connected via a new internal staircase - 2nd & 3rd floors (9,966 Ft²) at 100 St John Street, Farringdon EC1. Detailed negotiations resulted in securing a significant rent free package and Covid 19 protection.
