We were instructed by Fix Media to find their first office and studio space in London. Employees were working remotely and using co-working passes to gain access to lounge space but it was important to find a base to record podcasts and radio shows.

Having contract flexibility and being on the Victoria Line were top priorities. We searched and compared short-term leases with serviced offices but then ruled out short-term leases due to the substantial lead in time on legal documentation and fit out.

A new serviced office with Workspace in Vauxhall secured on a 6 month rolling contract for enough space to have office and studio facilities for recording.
