Foxtek wanted an office space in Bristol that enhanced workplace culture and reflected their brand. The business was growing quickly and wanted to consider both flexible and leased offices on a self-contained floor.

We carried out a market search for both flexible and leased solutions and after viewing several options and analysing the benefits of each, the decision was made to continue in flexible office space but with an alternative operator.

We sourced the last remaining space of it's size with Impact Working in Bristol city centre and negotiated a stepped deal over 24 months.
