TM Lewin approached us to find and acquire alternative flexible office space in Central London on their behalf. They were based in the West End and the current contract had 2 months left until expiry so they needed to find somewhere quickly and on a 12 month contract. The space needed to have plenty of natural light and be within walking distance to Oxford Circus station.

We met with the team to understand their brief and presented a myriad of options on the same day. We booked several viewings with 5 different operators for the following day and found a suitable option in Soho.

We were in competition for the space against another occupier but we were able to secure a competitive deal and the business signed the contract within 5 days of our initial meeting with them. They moved into the space the following month.
