GBST were in a self-contained floor on a conventional lease near Old Street and considering their options prior to the upcoming expiry of their lease. They liked the location but the space was under utilised. They wanted to downsize to a more flexible agreement in a building that was full of amenities.
We searched for flexible office space around Old Street and viewed several options with a variety of operators. What became apparent was that the business wanted space to grow into and be part of a wider network of buildings.
A front-runner was identified and a 36 month deal was negotiated with the operator. The business can upsize or downsize their office size at any point during the contract. The White Collar Factory is amenity-rich with a café, break out areas, outside terrace and even a running track on the roof.
