We were appointed by leading workplace consultancy HCG, to source a new London office.  

The shared facilities including break out, meeting rooms and calling booths needed to be extensive and located very close to the private office. The space needed to be a creative fit for the business - a great place to work and meet clients.

We looked at a variety of spaces that ranged in quality and style. Some of the buildings may have worked if the private office had been positioned closer to the shared facilities but some simply did not possess enough choice of different work settings to enable and support the way HCG people work.

Acquisition of a large private office with dual aspect windows allowing great natural light, accessed directly from the main lounge and break out area at 9 Appold Street via operator Mindspace. Facilities include bar, calling booths, meeting rooms, outdoor terrace and extensive lounge area. A great fit in terms of culture and working practices.
